Our Surf City unit has ocean views from the upper decks as well as in the living area. The upper unit has two bedrooms, one bath, and two decks to grill and relax on. The lower unit boasts a picnic area in the rear an outside shower and a front porch. You can be relaxed if the kids want to run back and grab a snack as this is a dead end street only steps to the beach.

 

Two story duplex located in Brant Beach. Each floor has 3 bedrooms and a large bath. Eat in kitchen, fully stocked. Living area. Two bedrooms have new  queen beds and the third has a set of twins. Outside shower, grills, patio furniture. Only steps to the beach that gets very little traffic. We are pet friendly. The units are clean and  comfortable.  Every year these units are updated and given fresh coats of paint. The bottom line is....we are close to the ocean.
